Shipping policy

All our orders are generally sent in surface method which generally take  2 to 5 days to deliver depending upon to pincode serviceability. (for most locations).

We ship Internationally via various registered delivery partners and will charge a shipping fee depending upon the order value and distance as per the actuals charged by the courier agency.

  • If you are based out of a remote location or a non-serviceable courier area, please write to us with your complete postal address and order details to linenstudio.in@gmail.com and we will arrange for a suitable service to deliver the product. Please note that some agencies may charge an additional sum or surcharge to deliver at remote locations, in such cases we will intimate you the additional charge prior to the order confirmation. 
  • For International orders, please write to us at linenstudio.in@gmail.com with the item details along with the shipping details before placing the order. However, we will confirm the delivery charges, tax and other charges within 24 hours and you can pay the same accordingly. 
     
  • Generally, the products readily available will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of the order confirmation.
  • The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be shared via e-mail to you once the product has been dispatched from our end.
  • All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
  • We request you to disclose your email ID and phone number along with your complete postal address to ensure a timely and hassle free delivery. 
  • In most cases, the order will be processed within 24 hours of you placing it and you can expect to receive the order within 2-5 business days.

Linen Studio holds no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping agency due to technical, political or climatic issues. We can ship the order on time, thats in our hand. Apart from that, we can only request the shipping agency for timely delivery.
