Order Modifications

We process orders quickly—typically within a few hours of receipt. If you'd like to modify your order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +91 6379589099 as soon as possible. If your fabrics haven't been cut yet, we're happy to make changes without any questions.

Once fabrics have been cut and processing has begun, we're unable to make alterations. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it.

If you reduce your order value (for example, from ₹100 to ₹80), the difference will be issued as a credit coupon rather than a cash refund, provided cutting hasn't started.

Refund Terms

We issue refunds to your original payment method only when fabric is unavailable or we're unable to fulfill your order for reasons on our end. For cancelled orders, refunds are processed within 24 hours and typically appear in your account within 1–5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

We're committed to your satisfaction. All fabrics are quality-checked, colour-verified, and measured before packing. If you receive an item that doesn't match our description or photos, or if there's a defect, please contact us at +91 6379589099 within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange and return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Readymade items must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible.

Please note: Custom-cut fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect or damage. Clearance sale & end-bit items are final purchases and are non-returnable.

For returns or order errors (when processing hasn't begun), we provide a credit coupon valid for 6 months instead of a cash refund.
