REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Once we receive a order, we usually take few hours before it is cut and packed. However, we do try our best to process all orders at the earliest. You can contact us on WhatsApp message on +916379589099 incase you would like to alter or change your order in any way. If your order has not been cut, we will change it with no questions asked.

If the order has been processed and the fabrics have been cut, we can not change or alter in any way. Please place orders after double checking the quantity.

In case you order for Rs.100 and then decide that you want to change the order amounting to Rs.80, we will do that (provided the fabrics have not been cut). However, the remaining Rs.20 will only be given back as a credit coupon and not as a refund.

Please understand that once an order has been placed, we will only issue a refund back to your source account incase the fabric is not available with us or we are not able to fulfil the order for any other reason.

Incase of a domestic or international order being cancelled, the refund will be issued from our end within 24 hours after order has been cancelled and will be credited back to the customers source account in 1 to 5 working days.
