Cancellation & Modification
  • Before Processing: We gladly help you change or cancel your order before it is processed. No questions asked.
  • After Processing: Because our fabrics are custom-cut to your order, processed or cut items cannot be changed or cancelled.
How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at linenstudio.in@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Unapproved returns sent back to us without prior contact will be rejected.
Damages and Wrong Orders
  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it immediately.

Refunds & Exchanges
  • No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash or bank refunds.
  • Store Credit: Approved returns receive store credit via a coupon code valid for 6 months.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for store credit, then place a new order online.
