Cancellation & Modification
- Before Processing: We gladly help you change or cancel your order before it is processed. No questions asked.
- After Processing: Because our fabrics are custom-cut to your order, processed or cut items cannot be changed or cancelled.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at linenstudio.in@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and reason for return.
- If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Unapproved returns sent back to us without prior contact will be rejected.
Damages and Wrong Orders
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it immediately.
Refunds & Exchanges
- No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash or bank refunds.
- Store Credit: Approved returns receive store credit via a coupon code valid for 6 months.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for store credit, then place a new order online.
