Do I have to disclose my phone number and email ID for delivery address?

Yes. We request you to provide phone number and email ID along with full postal address to ensure a secure and timely delivery can be arranged. We ensure you that your details will not be shared or disclosed.

How do I check my order status?
We will send you a mail and a message with the carrier and the tracking information, once your order has been shipped from our side . You can track the parcel with the tracking details or just write to us at linenstudio.in@gmail.com to know the status of your order.

What is the estimated time of delivery?
All orders are processed within 24 hours of you placing it. However, depending on the location the parcel should reach you, on average, within 3-7 business days.

Do you charge for delivery?
We do not charge for regular shipping. Rs.200 only for Express Shipping.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we cater to absolutely everybody! However, International orders shipping amount needs to be confirmed before as different countries have different taxes/duties and shipping charges. Delivery charges alone might vary depending upon what the delivery partner quotes. Once informed, you can make the said payment and we will ship your parcel right away!

What should I do if an item I received is damaged?
All our items go through quality checks before dispatch. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please send us a WhatApp of the same along with your order details on +91 9884794980. How do I get a refund?
In the unlikely event of a return, we will process the entire amount paid for the item as a refund, in the form of a credit note/voucher. This can be used on our website for all products within 6 months from date of issue.

What should I do if my payment is not going through / payment failed?

In the unlikely situation where your payment has been deducted from your account but the order has not been placed, kindly send us a screenshot of the payment made. Our customer service team will address the issue on priority.
