Do I have to disclose my phone number and email ID for delivery address?

Yes. We request you to provide phone number and email ID along with full postal address to ensure a secure and timely delivery can be arranged. We ensure you that your details will not be shared or disclosed.

How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped from our side, we will send you a mail or a message with the carrier and the tracking information. You can track the shipment with the tracking details to know the status of your order.

How long do you take to ship the order?
All orders are generally processed within 24 hours (except sundays).

Do you charge for delivery?
We do not charge anything extra for regular shipping. Express Shipping we charge Rs.200-500 depending upto the order value and weight.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we cater to absolutely everybody! However, International orders shipping amount needs to be confirmed before as different countries have different taxes/duties and shipping charges. Delivery charges alone might vary depending upon what the delivery partner quotes. Once informed, you can make the said payment and we will ship your parcel right away!

Sorry, we accept only prepaid International orders. We do not accept cash on delivery for international orders.

Can I return a fabric I purchased from you?
Fabrics are cut against orders. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or is wrongly sent. Slight difference in colour between the photo and the product is already informed in every product description.

What should I do if an item I received is damaged?
All our items go through several quality checks before dispatch. In the very unlikely event that you do receive a damaged item, please send us a WhatApp message on +91 6379589099. Please note that we strictly do not accept any returns after 7 days since delivery.

How do I get a refund?
In the unlikely event of a return, we will process the entire amount paid for the item as a refund, in the form of a credit note/voucher. This can be used on our website for all products within 6 months from date of issue.

In the unlikely situation where your payment has been deducted from your account but the order has not been placed, kindly send us a screenshot of the payment made. Our customer service team will address the issue on priority.

How do I know my size / How much material do I require?
Please refer to the size chart provided at the end of the page. We have given the average fabric required for every type of apparel.
