Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are packed anytime within 24 working working hours after order is placed and are shipped within the next 4-8 working hours after packing.

Express shipping option is available for most pincodes. Please contact us on WhatsApp message immediately after placing the order incase required. 

We offer Free Shipping for all paid orders above ₹2500 and charge a Flat Fee of ₹200 for all orders upto ₹2499 value.

We do not have any option of Full Cash On Delivery. However, Partial COD is available where 25% is paid at the time of placing the order and 75% at the time of delivery. Additional charges for Partial COD orders are applicable.

The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be shared via e-mail once the shipment has been booked from our end.

Domestic shipping can take anywhere between 2 to 5 working days to deliver depending upon the delivery pincode and service.

All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

We request you to disclose your email ID and phone number along with your complete postal address with a landmark to ensure a timely and hassle free delivery. 

Incase of wrong address or phone number given at the time of delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will change the same.

Please note that incase of parcels being returned to origin because of unavailability or ejecting at the time of delivery - We (Linen Studio) are not responsible to reship the order. Additional charges for reshipping will be borne by the customer.

In most cases, you can expect to receive the order within 2-5 business days.

Please note that in certain cases, the delivery agency takes longer to deliver the parcel and in such cases, we are only responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel, not the delay.

Once the order is paid for, confirmed and cut, we can not change or alter the order in any way.

Incase a parcel has been lost in transit by the delivery agency, we (Linen Studio) are 100% responsible for it after the agency confirms and claims responsibility of the lost parcel. In such case, we will either resend the shipment or issue full refund as per the customers choice. Please note that parcels lost in transit can take anywhere between 3 to 7 working days from the delivery agency's side for confirmation. We, Linen Studio are no way involved in it.

In the highly unlikely case that the delivery agency claims/ tracking shows a parcel has been delivered but the customer claims that they have not received it, we request the customer to check with all their family members, staff, security and neighbours if somebody else might have received it for them. The customer needs to file a claim and send a missing shipment e-mail to the delivery agency asking them to check and confirm the issue.

Once confirmed by the agency, we can either resend the parcel or issue a full refund as per the customers choice. Please note that such cases have NEVER occurred till date and might take anywhere between 3 to 7 working days from the delivery agency's side for a confirmation. We at Linen Studio, are not involved or responsible in anyway in such case. 

 

 

International Shipping Policy

We accept international orders only on WhatsApp as international shipping charges are extra and charged as per actuals charged by the shipping agency.

You can contact us on WhatsApp at +91 6379589099 or via email on linenstudio.in@gmail.com with your tentative order details and we will let you know the additional charges for shipping to your country based on the order weight and volume.  Additional tax, duty if any are to be borne by the customer.

Tracking details when available will be shared via email or WhatsApp message.

International shipping can take anywhere between 4 to 8 working days to deliver depending upon the delivery pincode and service.

Since International orders are accepted only on WhatsApp, we make sure that the order can be fully completed before requesting the payment and hence omit the chance of an order being cancelled due to unavailability item/items.

In the worst case scenario of an international order being cancelled after making the payment, we take 4-5 working days to refund the amount back to your account. 

International transfers usually take sometime to credit. We will process the order after the payment has been credited to our account.

All International orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

There is no option of COD, Partial COD or paying the shipping charges on delivery in case of International Shipping
