Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders are packed within 24 working hours and shipped within 1-8 working hours after packing. If items are unavailable, dispatch may take 1-3 additional days. Express shipping is available for most areas—contact us on WhatsApp after placing your order for details and pricing.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000. Flat fee of ₹200 for orders up to ₹999.
Delivery typically takes 2-7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details and carrier information via email once your order ships.
Important: Provide your complete address, email, phone number, and a landmark to ensure smooth delivery. If your address or phone number changes, contact us on WhatsApp before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays if incorrect details are provided after shipping.

Quality & Packaging: All products are quality checked and tamper-proof. Do not accept damaged or tampered packages. Photograph any damage, refuse delivery, and return to the carrier. Accepting a damaged package means you've confirmed it arrived in good condition.
Returns & Lost Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to unavailability or rejection at delivery, reshipping costs are your responsibility. We're not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, but we are fully responsible for lost parcels once the carrier confirms the loss. We'll either resend your order or issue a full refund—your choice. Lost parcel confirmation typically takes 3-7 working days.
International Shipping Policy
We accept international orders via WhatsApp only. International shipping charges are calculated based on actual carrier rates.
