Domestic Shipping Policy

We have a very simple and straight forward shipping policy.
 
All orders are packed anytime within 24 working hours after an order is placed and are shipped within the next 4-8 working hours after packing. Incase certain items are not readily available, timings may vary slightly.

Express shipping option is available for most pincodes. Please contact us on WhatsApp message immediately after placing the order incase required. Additional charges will be applicable for the same.

We offer Free Shipping for all paid orders above ₹3500 and charge a Flat Fee of ₹200 for all orders upto ₹3499 value.

 Partial COD (if available at your pincode) will automatically be available at checkout where 40% of the order value is to be paid at the time of placing the order and remaining 60% at the time of delivery.

The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be shared via e-mail once the shipment has been booked from our end.

Domestic shipping can take anywhere between 2 to 7 working days to deliver depending upon the delivery pincode and serviceability. 

Incase of wrong address or phone number given at the time of delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will change the same.

Disclaimers : 
Once the order is paid for, confirmed and cut, we can not change or alter the order in any way. 

Incase a Partially Paid order is rejected upon delivery for whatever reason, we (Linen Studio) are not liable to refund the 40% back to the customer. However, we will reship the same parcel after we get it, provided the extra shipping charges are borne by the customer. 

 All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

Please note that incase of parcels being returned to origin because of unavailability or rejecting at the time of delivery - We (Linen Studio) are not responsible to reship the order. Additional charges for reshipping will be borne by the customer.

Please note that in certain cases, the delivery agency takes longer to deliver the parcel and in such cases, we are only responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel, not the delay.

In the odd case where a parcel has been lost in transit by the delivery agency, we (Linen Studio) are 100% responsible for it AFTER the agency confirms and claims responsibility of the lost parcel. In such cases, we will either resend the shipment or issue full refund as per the customers choice. Please note that parcels lost in transit can take anywhere between 3 to 7 working days (sometimes more) from the delivery agency's side for confirmation. We, Linen Studio are no way involved in it.

International Shipping Policy

We accept international orders only via WhatsApp as international shipping charges are extra and charged as per actuals charged by the shipping agency.

Linen becomes softer and more absorbent after each wash, which is pretty neat. Wash linen on low temperatures in lukewarm or cold, and preferably soft, water.Use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibres.
