Domestic Shipping Policy

We keep our shipping process simple and transparent.

Orders are typically packed anytime within 24 working hours and shipped within 1-8 working hours after packing. If items are unavailable, dispatch may take 1-3 additional days. Express shipping is available for most areas—contact us on WhatsApp after placing your order for details and pricing.

Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. Flat fee of ₹200 for orders up to ₹1,999.

Delivery typically takes 2-7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details and carrier information via email once your order ships.

Important: Provide your complete address, email, phone number, and a landmark to ensure smooth delivery. If your address or phone number changes, contact us on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Quality & Packaging: All products are quality checked and tamper-proof. Do not accept damaged or tampered packages. Photograph any damage, refuse delivery, and return to the carrier. Accepting a damaged package means you've confirmed it arrived in good condition.

Returns & Undelivered Parcels

Delivery Refusals
For your security, all delivery refusals are verified by our shipping partner through a one-time password (OTP). If you wish to refuse or cancel a delivery, you’ll need to share this OTP with the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable or the delivery was refused, we will gladly reship it to you. Please note that reshipping charges will be borne by the customer. Once the parcel reaches us and the reshipping charges are received, we will dispatch the same parcel to you again.

Unclaimed Parcels
If you prefer not to proceed with reshipping, we will safely hold your parcel for 30 days from the date it is returned to us. After this period, we will no longer be able to take responsibility for the parcel.

Linen becomes softer and more absorbent after each wash, which is pretty neat. Wash linen on low temperatures in lukewarm or cold, and preferably soft, water.Use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibres.
